"No Fail" Pie Crust(Makes 2 Pies Or 4 Single) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. ice water
Preparation
    Cut in shortening and flour.
    Make well and add egg, vinegar and ice water that have been mixed together.
    Mix all together with tips of fingers slowly and sparingly.
    Divide and roll out with flour dusting.
