Baked Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large, chopped onion
    1 small, chopped bell pepper
    1 large can pork and beans
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in bacon drippings.
    Add pork and beans, tomato paste, tomato juice, bell pepper, salt, pepper and garlic. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with bacon strips.
