Applesauce Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 can sliced peaches, drained

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; chill until partially set. Stir in applesauce, pecans and peach slices.
Turn mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Chill until set 3 to 4 hours.
