Pork Chops, Peas And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Brown pork chops. Place in bottom of casserole dish. Add sliced onions on top of meat, then add carrots (slice and precook separately in water and drain). Add peas, tomato soup and 1/2 cup water. Bake 2 1/2 hours. First 1/2 hours, covered and last hour, uncovered.
