Bacon, Onion And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. bacon
3 chopped onions
3 lb. sliced potatoes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place
bacon
in
12-inch
Dutch
oven\tand cook for 15 minutes until
bacon is crisp.
Add onions, cover and cook for 10 minutes
until
onions are limp.
Mix potatoes with onions and bacon,
cover
and cook, stirring once until potatoes are tender when
pierced
with a fork, about 25 minutes.
Drain or spoon out grease.
Salt and pepper to taste.
