Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shelled macaroni, cooked
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
4 green onions and tops, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. parsley, minced
2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine macaroni and vegetables.
Combine seasonings with mayonnaise, sour cream and vinegar.
Blend with macaroni and vegetables.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with egg slices.
