Gladys' Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3 3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix
water,
sugar and yeast;
let
stand
10
minutes. Then mix the rest of ingredients to make
a
soft
dough.
Let stand in a warm place until double in bulk.\tPunch down.
Make into rolls any size or shape.\tLet raise until double in size. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
This
dough
makes good cinnamon rolls, too.
