Micro Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients.
    Cook 7 to 8 minutes on High, stirring well after 4 minutes.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes on High.
    Add soda and stir until light and foamy.
    Pour onto well buttered cookie sheet.
    Pull to thin out when cool enough to touch.
    Makes 1 pound.
