Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
flour
1 can consomme soup
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except the soup, flour and ground allspice.
Shape into meatballs and roll in flour.
Brown meatballs.
Add undiluted soup.
Cover and let simmer up to 1 hour.
