Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
1 (13 1/2 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, sugar, water and blueberries.
Cook while stirring over medium heat until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Cool. Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
Press 1/2 of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a foil lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
