Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Beat eggs; add flour and salt with water and work in well until very thick dough is formed.
May need to add extra flour for desired dough.
Roll on heavily floured board until thin dough. Allow to dry approximately 6 to 7 hours, turning one time to dry opposite side.
Add a little more flour to prevent sticking, if necessary.
When dry, cut in very small strips.
Coo 20 to 30 minutes in beef or chicken broth.
