Perky Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and cold water until frothy.
    Put pecans in egg white mixture.
    Coat well. Add sugar mixture and mix well. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
