Lentil Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. dry lentils
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
3 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. yeast flakes
3/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. garlic powder
tomato sauce
BREADING MEAL
Preparation

Whiz lentils
fine. Cook all except tomato sauce; boil. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Chill several hours. Slice, bread and
brown
in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.
Serve with tomato or spaghetti sauce.
