One-Pan Potatoes And Chicken Santa Fe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium red potatoes (unpeeled)
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. salsa
    1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Cut red potatoes into 3/4-inch cubes and microwave 8 to 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add salsa and corn; toss until heated through. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
