Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped rhubarb
    1/2 c. water
    6 drops red food coloring or enough to make red
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    milk (just enough to make thin batter)
Preparation
    Beat and pour over the rhubarb mixture.
    Bake and cut dough into rhubarb as it bakes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
