Green Dream(Weight Watchers Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    2 c. crushed pineapple packed in juice, slightly drained
    1/2 c. lite Cool Whip
    1 (4 serving) pkg. reduced calorie pistachio instant pudding
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients until well blended.
    Divide evenly into 8 dessert cups.
    Chill several hours.
    Each serving provides 1/2 milk, 1/2 fruit and 25 optional calories.
