Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
4 c. all-purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil
15 oz. box Raisin Bran
extra raisins if desired
Preparation

Mix
all
the
listed ingredients.
Refrigerate and let stand at least 2 days before baking.
Prepare muffin tins with oil or baking cups and fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. This
batter keeps in the refrigerator for about 3 or 4 weeks.
