Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. walnuts, ground
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. phyllo dough
    1 lb. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 15 x 10 x 1 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
    In a large bowl combine walnuts, 1 1/2 cups sugar and cinnamon.
    Lay 1 sheet phyllo in pan; brush with butter.
    Repeat until 1/2 of phyllo is used.
    Sprinkle with walnut mixture. Repeat phyllo layers with butter.
    Using a sharp knife, cut halfway through layers of phyllo.
    Bake in oven 1 1/4 hours or until deep golden brown.
    Meanwhile, in a medium-size saucepan, heat water and 1 1/2 cups sugar over medium heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Spoon over Baklava.
    Let stand 4 hours before cutting.
