Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    2 medium onions
    1 stick oleo
    8 Tbsp. flour
    8 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    4 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Dice celery.
    Boil until tender; drain.
    Dice onion; saute in oleo.
    Add flour to oleo/onion mixture; stir until smooth.
    Add milk and chicken granules.
    Boil until thick.
    Beat with mixer or wire whisk until smooth.
