Chess Pie(For 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Add vanilla, vinegar and salt.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Start cooking at 300\u00b0.
    Raise heat in 10 minutes to 350\u00b0.
    Bake about 50 to 55 minutes or until pie is firm.
