Salmon Pat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. smoked salmon
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 t. lemon juice
    1 T. chives, chopped
    1 t. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Blend first 3 ingredients in food processor fitted with steel blade.
    Add last two ingredients and pulse briefly.
    Spoon into serving bowl and chill for 1 hour.
