Blender Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe banana, peach or nectarine, peeled and chunked
    1/2 c. low-fat milk or low-fat plain yogurt
    1 tsp. honey, sugar or maple syrup
    1 Tbsp. natural bran
Preparation
    Combine banana, milk, honey and bran in blender or food processor.
    Whirl until smooth.
    Pour into tall glass.
