Egg Rolls With A Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. steamed cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion finely chopped
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Accent salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 pkg. egg roll wraps
Preparation
    Chop cabbage fine, steam until soft.
    Drain well until cool. Meantime in non-stick skillet have cooking oil hot.
    Combine next 5 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each wrap.
    Roll up as you would egg roll.
    Wet edge a little to seal it together.
    Fry until desired darkness.
