Stuffed Bacon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soft bread crumbs (about 3 slices bread)
1 medium cooked apple, cored and finely chopped (1 c.)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/8 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
10 or 11 slices bacon
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, apple, onion, parsley, salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add egg and milk; mix well.
Shape crumb mixture into balls, using about 1 rounded tablespoonful for each ball. Cut each slice of bacon in half crosswise.
Wrap half of a bacon slice around each ball.
Secure with a metal pick or wooden toothpick.
Place on a wire rack set in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 or 35 minutes, or until bacon is brown.
Serve immediately.
Makes 20 to 22 appetizers.
