Baked Spinach And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, well beaten
1 16-oz. carton cottage cheese
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation

Blend spinach, flour, salt and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into buttered casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until set. Serves 6-8.
