Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes or 1 per person
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 hard-boiled eggs or more
    1/2 c. or more mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil with onion powder and salt.
    Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and pickle relish in a large bowl.
    Cut up and add boiled eggs.
    Cut up cooked potatoes while hot and add to mayonnaise mixture.
    When cool, add more mayonnaise and more pickle, if necessary.
