Zucchini Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    4 c. zucchini, thinly sliced (about 1 lb.)
    1 onion, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute all ingredients, except cheese, in a covered skillet for 5 to 10 minutes until zucchini is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
