Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    3 eggs, beaten frothy
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour (beaten into egg mixture)
    pinch of salt
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Pour mixture of all ingredients except bread and oleo into greased baking dish.
    Top with cubed bread with oleo melted over. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Very good served with poultry or pork.
