Baked Tomato And Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, undrained
    14 oz. tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar (to taste)
    6 slices chopped bacon
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 1/4 hours.
    This is a good accompaniment for pork or wild game.
