1 baked pie shell
3 egg yolks
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
salt
1 c. milk
1 can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat egg yolks, flour, sugar, salt, juice and oleo.
Add milk and pineapple.
Cook until thick.
Pour in crust.
