Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. sliced mushrooms or 2 small cans
    3 chicken breasts, cooked
Preparation
    Put raw rice in bottom of 9-inch casserole.
    Add mushroom soup and cream of celery soup, diluted with water.
    Add diced celery and sliced mushrooms; mix.
    Skin and split chicken breasts.
    Salt and pepper.
    Place in casserole; cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
