Pineapple Velvet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    10 large marshmallows
    1 envelope whipped topping mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
    Add the cream cheese and diced marshmallows and stir until dissolved.
    Chill until the gelatin begins to congeal.
    Whip topping mix according to package directions.
    Combine the topping with mayonnaise and fold into the gelatin mixture along with the pineapple and carrots.
    Chill until firm.
