Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. carrots (baby carrots or cut into pieces)
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
pepper
3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Stir in sugar, cornstarch, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Cook 1 minute.
Add orange juice gradually.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth (about 3 minutes). Pour over carrots.
