Meaty Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 (15 oz.) can chopped spinach
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    12 cooked manicotti shells
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and set aside. Brown ground beef in skillet.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Saute until tender.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Remove from heat and add spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Fill each shell with 1/4 cup meat mixture.
    Place filled shells in prepared baking pan.
    Pour spaghetti sauce evenly over shells.
    Sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese over sauce.
    Bake 30 minutes.
