Tuna Baked Potato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 baking potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chives
4 oz. drained canned tuna
1/2 c. skim milk
paprika
2 oz. Swiss cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes in microwave.
Cut in half lengthwise, remove inside, leaving skin.
Mash potatoes with milk and salt.
Stir in tuna, cheese and chives.
Spoon evenly divided, back into skins and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a shallow pan at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until top is browned.
