Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    3 slices bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sharp cheese or baby Swiss for milder flavor
Preparation
    Cook, drain and spread sausage in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle cubed bread over sausage.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage; top with grated cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10.
