Creole Franks And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 frankfurters, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saut green pepper, celery and onion in margarine. Add rice, tomatoes and salt. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the franks and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
