Jerome Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham crackers
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Line 9 x 15-inch pan with whole graham crackers.
Set aside. Melt oleo.
Add sugar.
Beat egg into milk.
Add to butter and sugar mixture.
Boil, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add coconut, pecans and cracker crumbs.
Mix well.
Spread mixture over whole crackers.
Cover with another layer of graham crackers.
