Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breasts
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    12 oz. egg noodles
    1 can Ro-Tel
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Save 1/2 quart of chicken broth. When chicken is cool enough to handle, remove skin and bones. Cook noodles in 1/2 quart of chicken broth.
    Cook onions and bell peppers in butter.
    When noodles are done, add onions, peppers and Ro-Tel.
    Cook over heat for 5 minutes.
    Take off of stove.
    Add mushroom soup and cheese until melted.
    Put into buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
