Mulligan Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat, cut into small pieces
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    3 carrots, cut up
    3 potatoes, cut up
    3 onions, cut up (quartered)
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of vegetable oil.
    Add soup and water.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours over low heat.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook for 30 more minutes.
    More water may be added if necessary.
