Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    sugar substitute to equal 12 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    4 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    In separate bowl, beat eggs.
    Add pumpkin and vanilla.
    Mix until well blended.
    Fold in dry ingredients, carrots and raisins.
    Mix well.
    Spray muffin tin (12-cup) with Pam.
    Divide mixture evenly in cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
