Pennsylvania Dutch Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 firm head cabbage
1 green pepper, seeded
1 red pepper, seeded
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Shred
the
cabbage
and peppers.
Put in a large bowl. Add the sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed.
Press with the hands until all the juices are blended.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
