Freezer Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (32 oz.) jars Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 box lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain well.
    Add Ragu spaghetti sauce and simmer over medium heat.
    Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Layer in the following order in two 11 x 13-inch pans (good size so it doesn't cook over in oven): meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, then repeat layers.
