Grandma'S Cinnamon Flop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    brown sugar, cinnamon and butter (for the top)
Preparation
    Sift sugar, flour and baking powder together. Add butter and milk and blend. Divide into two 9-inch cake pans that are greased. Sprinkle tops with flour, then brown sugar and then cinnamon. Push chunks of butter into the dough. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm with hot chocolate after a day in the snow.
