Stuffed Beef Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. hot oil
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. water
3 oz. can drained, sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Combine eggs, ground beef and salt.
Combine bread crumbs, onion, sage, salt and pepper.
Add water.
Divide meat into 8 portions.
On waxed paper, pat each into 4-inch square.
Top with 2 tablespoons crumb mixture.
Roll up and seal.
Make 8 rolls. Coat with flour.
Brown in hot oil.
Remove and drain off fat.
In skillet, bring to boil mushroom soup, pimento and water.
Add meat rolls and sliced mushrooms.
Reduce heat and cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
