Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. oleo or butter
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, syrup, oleo and cream of tartar.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add baking soda.
Pour over popped corn and mix thoroughly.
Bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
Stir occasionally while baking.
