Golden Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas
    2 dessert spoons demerara sugar
    juice of 1 lemon (or good squirt of 'Jif' lemon and 2 Tbsp. water)
Preparation
    Cut bananas into halves lengthwise and halves widthways. Place in a casserole dish, cover with demerara sugar and lemon juice.
    Cover dish with lid and bake in oven at 400\u00b0 or on gas mark 4 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with cream.
