Divinity Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pecans
Preparation
    Place sugar, syrup and water in a pan over low heat. Stir only until sugar is dissolved. Cook until soft ball forms in cold water. Beat egg whites 2 minutes at high speed until stiff. Continue beating and pour half of the mixture slowly over the beaten egg whites.
    Keep cooking the syrup mixture until a hard ball forms in cold water.
    Mix in the other half of the mixture. Add pecans and vanilla.
    Pour in a glass 9 x 13-inch pan.
