German Chocolate Caramel Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 jar caramel ice cream syrup
    3 Heath candy bars
Preparation
    Mix cake mix as directed. Bake on greased and floured sheet cake pan or cookie sheet pan as directed.
