Smoky Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beef brisket (8 to 10 lb.)
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke or soy sauce
3 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery salt
pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim brisket.
Make a paste of all other ingredients except Worcestershire sauce.
Brush paste over brisket.
Wrap brisket in foil and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Next day, open foil and spoon Worcestershire sauce over brisket.
Rewrap foil tightly and place in roasting pan.
Bake at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 for 6 hours. Slice thin against the grain.
Keep warm in juices and serve.
